By purchasing from Milissa Blue Design Co. you agree that YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 years of age

Any order that receives an invoice is required to be paid within 24 hours or it will be cancelled.  There will be a $5.00 fee to resend invoices.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.  Any cancellations thereafter will be considered a return and will adhere to the returns policy.



Our company handcrafts all products within 14 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready and ship within 5 business days while the made-to-order products take 14 business days to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Hand washing or wiping with a damp cloth only

* Keeping away from excessive heat

* Exercising normal care (refraining from continuous drops or filling over capacity)

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* They are submerged in water too long

* Excessively dropped, banged or pulled beyond normal use activity

* Left in excessive heat

We ship both nationally and internationally

Standard shipping will be done via USPS with delivery confirmation.

FedEx or UPS may be used when necessary.

Milissa Blue Design Co. is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

* We offer free shipping NATIONALLY on all orders over $150

Insurance is not included in stated shipping, but may be purchased for an additional fee.

Please ensure the shipping address matches the billing address. I will not change an address after a purchase. You will be refunded and be asked to repurchase after you have updated your address.

All orders (excluding custom made to order) will be shipped within 5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of payment confirmation and clearance.  Payment is accepted through Square.

Custom orders will be shipped within 14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of payment confirmation and clearance.  

*I am not responsible for items once they have shipped.  If you are having an issue with your item arrival.  Please contact the shipping agency first. 

*Timeline: Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 14 business days to be handmade.  If you need your order sooner, please contact us to ensure we can rush your order.  There is a fee of $20 per $100 order cost.




Customer satisfaction is always important.  However, since most items are custom made I will NOT provide refunds unless we physically cannot rectify the situation.  This is the decision of Milissa Blue design Co.

Exchanges will be handled on a case by case bases.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mblue@milissablue.com .  Please include:

Your name

Order number

Description of issue

Photos of damaged item

Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return our item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



DISCLAIMER, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: Wristlets N’ Things is not responsible for any physical harm or damage from the use or misuse of self-defense items including knives purchased from us. 

* By purchasing a self-defense item, including a knife from us you understand that Wristlets N’ Things does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and under no legal disability. 

 * By purchasing a self-defense item, including a knife from Wristlets N’ Things, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wristlets N’ Things for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations.
